Jennifer A. Wadhwa

Jennifer Wadhwa joined the firm in June 2018 as an Associate Attorney. Her practice includes both employment-based (immigrant and non-immigrant) and family-based matters, including consular processing, adjustment of status, and waivers. Before joining the firm, Jennifer was a workplace rights attorney who litigated in federal and state courts. Her pro bono practice focuses exclusively on representing detained immigrants seeking asylum and filing immigration-related federal habeas claims.

Jennifer has been an Adjunct Professor with the University of Colorado Boulder, teaching Employment Discrimination Law. Previously, she was a Clinical Teaching Fellow in the Civil Litigation Clinic at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.

Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Jennifer moved to Colorado in 2005. Before law school she had an established career in Human Resources Management. She was the human resources and assistant office manager for a boutique business immigration law firm in San Francisco and has also worked as the human resources manager for a variety of technology start-up companies in the San Francisco-Bay Area.

In her spare time Jennifer is a serious ballet hobbyist and enjoys traveling.
